For a limited time, and just in time for Valentine's Day, we have 150 bags of have an incredible honey-processed coffee from the farmers of COMSA in Honduras. This small batch offering is a unique coffee with a distinct and subtle sweetness that is like a breath of spring air.
The honey process removes the skin and the bulk of the fruit of the coffee cherries. Afterwards the beans are dried naturally without the traditional washing process. The remainder of the fruit left on the beans gives them a taste similar to a natural-processed bean, but with a pronounced sweetness and less acidity. Delicious.
